This picture tells a story

It may not look like it but it does. It says its been so nice outside that the boys and I have been walking through our bush almost everyday. Which in turn means that *I've* been getting exercise! How can I not when I'm always pulling between 2-5 kids ;) On another note I've begun to exercise again and it feels great! Every muscle I have, and didn't know I had, is sore.
